When it comes to building a home, there is no right or wrong way to start. We allow our clients a variety of options to start the design process. Whether that be with your own architectural plans, others start from one of our model homes and customize it or we can start from scratch and sit down with one of our architects.

While we are working the plans, we also participate with the clients in the selection progress.   We set up the appointments and accompany our clients to select appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and pool design.   Our direct involvement in every step of the building process sets up apart.   We also encourage our clients to engage their interior decorators early in the process as their knowledge is integral to the home as well.   We have a great team of interior decorators that we can refer you to as well.

CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE

During this stage we start laying down the ground work for the schedule, cost estimates as well as pull city permits and approvals.


We continue the selection process including the ceiling details, tile designs, built-in and interior trim details, and landscape drawings. We will work with you to ensure we have everything lined up and ready to officially start your project once the permits have been issued.

By this stage, your part in the process is complete. You can sit back and relax while we manage the many steps to construct your home. Our passion for detail and our logical sequence ensure a smooth journey to your newly construction home. 


You will not be passed on to a project manager, you will always have direct communication with the owners of the company who will update you consistently on the progress. We also encourage our clients to visit the site to see the house come to life. 

POSTCONSTRUCTION

FINAL WALK THROUGH

WARRENTY INFORMATION

Once we have completed the home, we will conduct a thorough walk-through inspection with our homeowner to ensure that all your expectations have been met. Once we turn over the keys, the service you have come to expect from us doesn't end. We will continue to keep in contact and any issues that you have during the warranty period, we will resolve as quickly as possible.
